Let's Blog This

This blog will always be a work in progress.  I follow some of the leading stories of the day, but I also reflect on anything which strikes my fancy.  I am unashamedly Conservative.  I have nothing against social change as long as two conditions are met: such change is not forced upon us by whimsy, and that processes which affect the cost of that change are done in a fiscally responsible manner.
With some apology, some of the postings may run a tad long…okay, sometimes more than a tad…but when I post, I do my best to present factually based information, and where necessary I cite the sources of the fact.
My opinions on the other hand, are mine, I trust I report them in good faith, but I will “call it as I see it”.
